Indian Coast Guard Job Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should between the age limit of 18 years to 27 years as on 31 January 2022 for all posts expect Engine Driver, Sarang Lascar and Storekeeper. For Engine Driver, Sarang Lascar the upper age limit will be 30 years and for Storekeeper, the maximum age limit is 25 years. Candidates should note that there is no age and other relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates for the posts earmarked for UR category.
Indian Coast Guard Job Qualification:
The candidates who are willing to apply for this recruitment should possess the educational qualification of the following with respect to the post they want to apply for.
- Engine Driver- Matriculation
- Sarang Lascar- Matriculation
- Storekeeper – 12th Pass
- Civilian Motor Transport Driver- 10th pass with valid driving license
- Fireman- Matriculation
- ICE Fitter – Matriculation along with apprenticeship certificate
- Spray Painter – Matriculation along with apprenticeship certificate
- MT Fitter/ MT Tech/ MT Mech – Matriculation
- Multi-Tasking Staff – Matriculation
- Sheet Metal Worker – Matriculation with ITI certificate
- Electrical Fitter – Matriculation with ITI certificate
- Labourer- Matriculation with ITI certificate
Indian Coast Guard Eligibility Experience:
The applicants are expected to have two years to three years of experience in relevant field to be eligible for this recruitment. These experience criteria will vary with respect to the post they want to apply for.
