India Post Age Limit
- For Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Postman candidates age should between 18 years to 27 years to apply. Age relaxation will be given as per government norms.
- For Multi Tasking Staff candidate’s age should between 18 years to 25 years to apply.
- Age relaxation for reserved candidates will be given as per government norms.
India Post Eligibility Criteria 2021
To apply for India Post sports quota recruitment candidates should represented state or country in National or International competitions or candidate should represented University in Inter University tournaments or represented State Schools team in National Sports or Game for Schools conducted by All india School game Federation. Or candidate should awarded national awards in Physical Efficiency. And all applicants should fulfill the eligibility criteria given below.
Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant: Candidate should have completed 12th standard from recognized University. Applicant needed to have Basic Computer Training Certificate from a recognized Computer Training Institute.
Postman: Applicant should have completed 12th standard with Basic Computer Training Certificate. Candidate needed to have knowledge in Odia and should have studied Odia for up to 10th standard minimum.
Multi Tasking Staff: Candidate should have completed 10th standard from recognized board and studied Odia language for minimum up to 10th standard.
India Post Selection Process
Candidates will get selected based on educational qualification and Sports qualification. First preference will be given to candidates who represented country in International Competition and second preference will the given for candidates who represented State or UT in senior or Junior Level National Championships.
