India’s IT Giants Likely to Increase Salary – Just for this? Here Is the Full Detail!  India’s biggest Information Technology firms have planned to increase the salary of it’s employees among the high level of attrition rate. In recent days these IT giants are affected by the attrition rate. Especially, India’s largest IT services company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro and HCL Tech have registered highest attrition rate in the last quarters.

Considering this situation, these IT giants have been announced salary hike and promotions for it’s employees to retain them. According to a report, in the last twelve month basis TCS has registered the attrition rate at 19.7 in the June 2022 quarter. Likewise Wipro had registered  23.8 percent attrition rate in the fourth quarter of the last financial year. Thus, HCL attrition rate was 23.8 percent in the first quarter of this fiscal year. Considering these attrition rates, India’s biggest  IT giants have been announced a hike in salary, promotions and flexible workplace options to retain their employees.

Regarding this Wipro has announced a quarterly promotion cycle and salary hike and it will be effective from the month of July and September 2022, said CEO and MD Thierry Delaporte. Apart from this, these IT sectors have planned to close the work from home work model and calling their employees once or twice a week. On the other hand Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys and some other IT firms are planning to impose a new hybrid model of working.
