The real estate sector tops the list. Similarly, Mumbai (27%) has seen the highest growth among metro cities. Meanwhile, the insurance sector registered a 90 percent sequential growth. And the real estate sector has also seen significant growth in hiring at 66 percent year-on-year. Subsequently, the BFSI sector recorded growth of 64 percent, Travel & Hospitality 48 percent, Oil & Gas 43 percent, Auto 23 percent, FMCG 20 percent, and Retail sector 17 percent.
On the other hand, the IT sector slowed to 6 percent year-on-year growth last September. Similarly, the medical or healthcare sector has seen a 6 percent decline in hiring growth. Meanwhile, Delhi registered a 14 percent hiring growth in monthly hiring numbers. Hyderabad and Kolkata followed by 11 percent growth, Pune by 9 percent, Chennai by 8 percent, and Bangalore by 7 percent, the report said.
