30% Annual Growth in Entry-Level Talent Recruitment | Survey Says!! India has recorded a significant rise in entry-level recruitment in June 2022, Avsar survey informed. Commenting on the forecast, Avsar said the industry has reported a 30% year-on-year growth in June alone due to increased demand for new talent.

In particular entry-level professionals in India’s financial capital, Mumbai rose up to 93%. Taking this calculation by sector, recruitment in the travel and hospitality sector rose by 158%. Similarly, sectors like insurance saw a growth of 101%, and accounting, finance, BFSI, and education saw a growth of 85 to 95% and 70% respectively.

Meanwhile, Information Technology is the sector that recorded the highest percentage of these placements at 96%. Accordingly, major cities like Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad have provided job opportunities to newcomers. Apart from this, the other sectors that will lead the way in generating more employment by 2022 are e-commerce, BFSI, and FMCG, survey said.
