- Candidate maximum age limit should not exceed 56 years as on the last date, candidate should be Head Clerks or Tax Assistants or Upper Division Clerks of Income Tax Central Excise and Customs Departments who have qualified in the Departmental Examination for Income- Tax Act, needed for Inspector vacancy. Candidate should be Officers of the Central or State Government or Departments or Organisations (i) Holding analogous posts (ii) With 8 years regular service in the grade of Stenographer Grade- II (iii) Possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in stenography (English) is needed for Stenographer vacancies.
