Qualification:
- Candidates should have completed M.Tech./ME/M.Des or equivalent degree OR Tech/BE/MA/M.Sc./MCA/ MBA or equivalent degree with 2 years relevant experience Preferable background – Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.
- A familiarity with modeling and simulation is desirable. This is a time bound industry sponsored project. The project engineer will be responsible for deliverables and reporting on short time frames.
Salary:
Level PR-O1: Consolidated salary range from Rs.33600 to Rs. 67200 + Rs.6250.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if applicable) p.m.

General Information:
The position is temporary for a period of 1 year and tenable only for the duration of the project. The selection will be a multi-step process as follows:
- Screening based on submitted CV which includes consistent record in academics, publications (if any), and GATE score (if available).
- Short-listed candidates will then complete an online test, submit a small presentation of their project work (4 to 5 slides as a power-point presentation) and a short paragraph on their motivation (write-up) to join the project. Candidates are advised to keep the presentation and the write-up ready for uploading, in case they are short-listed.
- Based on the test, write-up and presentation, 10 to 15 applicants will be chosen for interviews, which is the final round of selection. The interviews will be held online.
- The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the project.
- The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
- Candidates called for interview will be required to attend at his/ her own expenses
