IIFCL Recruitment 2021 Age Limit:

According to the notification, the maximum age of the aspirants for making application is 30 years as on stipulated cut-off date. The further age relaxation will be given by the board as per GOI rules.

IIFCL Recruitment 2021 Qualification:

The candidates who are willing to apply for this recruitment should possess the educational qualification of the following with respect to the domains they want to apply for.

• Credit Appraisal and due diligence (Financial) – MBA (Finance) or CA
• Credit Appraisal and due diligence (Technical) – B. Tech in relevant field
• Credit Appraisal and due diligence (Legal)- LLB. /LLM
• IT – MBA (Finance) or CA or ICWA or CS
• HR and General Administration- MBA (IT), B. Tech/B.sc.(H) (IT or CS) or MCA
• Planning, Research and Development – PG in Economics/Statistics/Operation Research

IIFCL Job Experience:

According to the notification, the Research Associate with experience of two years or more as on cut-off date in the related area may be engaged as “Senior Research Associate”.

IIFCL Job Salary:

The selected candidates will get the salary of Rs.50,000/- to Rs.70,000/- per month with respect to the year of working. The candidates who have the experience and directly appointed as “Senior Research Associate” will get the salary of Rs.70,000/-
