IFFCO Trainee Recruitment 2022 Qualification:
- General & OBC Category-Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in ITI(Plastic Processing Operator)
- SC/ST Category- Minimum 55% marks in aggregate in ITI (Plastic Processing Operator)
- Degree in Law from any reputed university recognized by UGC with minimum 60% marks in aggregate
IFFCO Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:
Minimum age should be 18 years as on 01stMarch, 2022-Maximum age 30 years as on 1st March 2022for General Category. (relaxable by 5 years for SCs/STs & by 3 years for OBC category not belonging to creamy layer in the maximum age criteria)
IFFCL Recruitment 2022 Salary:
Training Period & Stipend:
Apprentice: One-year apprenticeship training on a monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.7, 700/-along with other allowances as per the rules of IFFCO.
Post Apprenticeship, successful candidates may be engaged as IFFCO Trainee for two years on a monthly stipend of Rs. 28400/- in the first year &Rs. 29,300/- in the second year along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO. Candidates if found suitable after the aforesaid training period, will be absorbed as Jr. Operator (Bottle Manufacturing) in a suitable pay scale

Trainee:The training period will be for one year and during training, monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.36,000/- will be paid along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO and thereafter, if found suitable, will be absorbed as Assistant (Legal) in the pay scale of Rs.40000-75000. The CTC after absorption may be Rs.9 lakhs per annum (approx.).

The selected candidates will have to furnish a service Bond for serving for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training. General/OBC would be required to furnish a bond of Rs. 80,000/- & SC/ST of Rs.20,000/- at the time of joining for training
During training period, the candidate may be posted at any IFFCO Plant& thereafter if found suitable, may be posted at any IFFCO Nano Plant. However, one can be transferred to any establishment of IFFCO anywhere in India.
