Responsibilities

• Ensure most of the customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms
• Ensuring healthy collections with Nil FEMI/FPD and minimizing fresh flow in Bucket X.
• PSL Tagging and should be aware about PSL norms
• Helping branch liability team in Audits and ensuring proper communications to customer before any packet Opening
• Conduct Marketing activities in the local market for generating NTB gold loan customer’s.
