IDFC First Bank Job Role:

Bank Officer Current Account:
- Ensure proactive registration & activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels.
- Assist the Sales Manager in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provide regular feedback to SM RH on opportunities customer needs
- Meet & exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer
- Abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the organization and adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulators and others
Bank Officer Household:
- Ensure sourcing of quality current accounts – in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix
- Ensuring proactive registration & activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels is one of their primary responsibilities.
- Assist the Sales Manager in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provide regular feedback to SM RH on opportunities customer needs.
- Meet & exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer.
- The selected candidates should ensure quality sourcing in line with the Banks policy.
- Adhere to sales process & KYC Norms of the bank
IDBI First Bank Job Salary:
The selected candidates are eligible to get the salary of Rs.2,80,000/- to Rs.3,00,000/- per annum. The further details of the salary will be intimated by the board later.
