• Conduct daily scrum meetings with agile teams to manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Help manage the project to install a new Cisco VOIP solution for the entire district.
• Manage deployment of DynMRO SaaS solution to every program which include the overall release and versioning control.
• Manage the RFI and RFP process, vendor evaluation and contract award, dealing with top tier vendors.
• Develop and manage project scope, budget, schedule, deployment plan and FEMA according to ECMS guidelines.
