Engineering Lead Eligibility Criteria
- experience in hard-core platform-centric software development, strong background in building platforms and private / public APIs.
- experience with Java Spring Boot/ Webflux / Quarkus/ Micronaut, Reactive Stack, gRPC, GraphQL and Microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra) / Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSql), modeling and design.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructures and deployment over cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
- – Experience building best in class software and building and working with high performing software development teams; Proven ability to build effective internal relationships .
Engineering Lead Roles and Responsibilities
- Governance and compliance policies, standards, and procedures required to fulfill role e.g. data security, knowledge management.
- Good understanding of Digital Banking systems, upstream and downstream integrations and experience layers will be highly preferred.
- Ensuring end to end engineering delivery right from demand inception through to release management and production roll-out.
- Support the automated Quality management process to ensure product delivered is of the highest quality.
- Adopt and drive Agile to improve engagement across projects and efficiencies, extensively utilising automated DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Driving engineering and process efficiencies with focus on automated metrics reporting.
