- Collection Manager is Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process from the bank customers for depts.
- Candidate should tract the portfolio regularly for specific buckets for the assigned area
- Collection manager is Responsible to allocate and achieve targets from agencies/ in house team
- Role Bearer regularly follow up with the default customers and Ensuring adherence to collection process and legal guidelines
- Collection Manager should maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Candidate should trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
