IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Head – Treasury – Candidates must have completed CA/ MBA/ PGDM / CFA or other relevant post graduate qualification from a recognized University/ Institution. Certificate in Treasury Management, Certified Treasury Dealer Course is desirable.
Internal Ombudsman – Applicants shall passed Retired (superannuated / VRS optee) or serving Officer, not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or equivalent of another Bank /Financial Sector Regulatory Body, having necessary skills and requisite experience (preferably from a Public Sector Bank other than IDBI Bank).
Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Channels) – Candidates must have passed Graduation (B.E./ B.Tech) in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Electrical/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication OR Graduate with Post-Graduation in MCA from a recognized University by the Govt. of India”

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
The selection process will comprise of:-
- Preliminary screening and short listing based on the eligibility criteria, candidate’s qualifications, suitability/ experience, etc. submitted with the applications.
- The candidature, after preliminary screening and without verification of documents, will be provisional for the position and will be subject to verification of all details/ documents with the originals when a candidate reports for PI (if called).
- Only such shortlisted candidates who qualify in Personal Interview in order of merit list will be shortlisted for further selection.
IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022 Salary Package:
Head – Treasury – Remuneration based on experience, Seniority level etc.
Internal Ombudsman – Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1 lakh per month, subject to deduction of taxes as applicable.
Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Channels) – Consolidated remuneration of Rs.40-45 Lakh per annum (CTC) subject to deduction of taxes as applicable and review of performance on annual basis. CTC comprises of all the emoluments/allowances/benefits/perquisites, etc. paid as one time/ monthly/ periodically/ annually except as mentioned in the terms and conditions separately.
