ICSI Campus Placement Eligibility:
Exclusive Placement Drive for only Young Company Secretaries (Preference to be given to Female Candidates).
Candidate should be Associate Membership (ACS) & Full Time Graduation.Candidates must have been admitted as Associate Member (ACS) on or before 30th September, 2022. Candidates should have passed their Professional Examination on or after December-2019 session.Only Fresher’s are eligible. Candidate’s academic journey should be consistent. Gap of maximum one year is permissible. Candidates should have cleared All Modules/Groups of Foundation, Executive & Professional Programme Examination in the First attempt.
Minimum Marks: Throughout 60% or equivalent (10th, 12th and Graduation)
ICSI Campus Placement Age Limit:
Candidate should have maximum Age Limit: 26 years (As on 30th September, 2022)
ICSI Campus Placement Salary:
Rs.12.95 Lakhs per annum will be offered for selected candidates
Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring high standards of corporate governance.
- Assist in conducting paperless Board & Committees meetings including preparation of Agenda, drafting of minutes, ensuring post meeting compliances and implementation of all action points.
- Assist in ensuring compliances with Companies Act and various SEBI Regulations.
- Assist in work related to Annual General Meetings, Postal Ballots etc. and preparation and dispatch of notices and Annual Report.
- Assist in stakeholders / shareholders management, redressal of investor complaints, processing of Dividend requests and remat/ demat request received from shareholders and release of unclaimed shares.
- Assist in Dividend Disbursement process.
- Expected to be updated on various regulatory changes
