ICMR Age Limit
- Scientist-I upper age limit is 35 years.
- Assistant Professor upper age limit is 40 years.
ICMR Eligibility Criteria
Scientist I (Non-Medical): Candidates should have completed Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology in 1st class with 2 years of work experience in related field. Or Candidate should have completed PhD in Life science and 2 years of work experience in related field.
Assistant Professor (Medical): Applicant should have completed MBBS including in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule from recognized University of MCI. Candidate must complete Post Graduation Degree in related speciality or Super Speciality. Candidate must of 3 years of work experience in related field.
ICMR Salary Structure 2021
- Assistant Professor will get paid for Rs. 67700 to Rs. 208700 with Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs. 6600 per month.
- Scientist I will get paid for Rs. 48000 + 30% HRA (Rs. 6300) per month.
ICMR Selection Process
Based on educational qualification and experience candidates will be shortlisted for Written Test/ Interview. Interview details will be sent to shortlisted candidates. Based on the performance in Interview/ Written Test candidates will get selection.
ICMR Application Fee
To apply for Assistant Professor post candidates should have to pay Rs. 1500 as application fee. SC/ ST/ Women/ PWD and EWS Candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee. There is no application fee needed to pay for Scientist Post.
