ICICI Bank Recruitment 2022 Qualification
Relationship Manager
The candidate should have a Post-Graduate/MBA degree from a leading institution with specialization in any stream; Or a Graduate degree with experience in relationship management is needed. The relationship Manager shall have an overall experience of 0-5 years in sales and relationship management in any industry, Experience in Relationship Management in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) will be preferred, Should have an ability to build relationships and understand banking requirements, and Orientation to learn about various products and financial offering is needed.
Business Leadership Programme
Candidate age limit should not exceed 30 years and should be Graduate in any discipline and working professionals who are CAs/Engineers/Graduates in any discipline, minimum of 03 years and preferably work experience in corporate finance, treasury or investment organizations is needed.
Product Manager
Candidate should have a Post-Graduate degree from a leading institution preferably in Economics / Commerce / Business Administration or Finance; Or a Graduate degree with professional qualification of Chartered Accountancy is needed. Skills of Product Manager shall have an overall experience of 0-4 years. Experience in Product Management function in any industry will be preferred, Should have a conceptual understanding of consumer behavior, market research, go-to-market strategy, Orientation for business, technical and analytical acumen
Orientation to build and develop product portfolio is needed.

Treasury Sales
Candidate should have a Post-Graduate degree from a leading institution preferably in Economics / Commerce / Business Administration or Finance Or a Graduate degree with professional qualification of Chartered Accountancy with 1-5 years of experience is needed, Understanding of various money market instruments and other securities will be preferred, Exposure to finance and treasury activities, including banking, cash and liquidity management, and capital & debt markets, Ability to independently exercise judgement, Strong business acumen, Quick decision-making ability, Business Leadership Programme is needed.
