ICICI Bank Recruitment 2022 Qualification

Information Technology Analyst

Candidate should have MBA/Engineering Graduate/MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/Institute is mandatory.

Upto 5 years of experience as a system analyst, business analyst, software developer, full stack developer, technology manager in any industry, Experience of technology in Banking and Financial Services will be an added advantage, and Should have worked in technology evaluation and implementation is needed.

Credit Manager

Candidate should have a Graduate degree with professional qualification of Chartered Accountancy, ICWAI or CFA. Alternatively, should be a CA/ICWAI-Intermediate, MBA-Finance with 2 years of experience Or should have Graduate, Post-Graduate degree from a Premier institution preferably in Economics / Commerce / Business Administration or Finance with min 3 years of experience is needed.

Experience in credit underwriting, credit appraisal, finance, risk, audit will be preferred and should have an analytical bend of mind is needed.

Phone Banking Officer

Candidate should be Graduate with 0 to 04 years of experience and good communication skills are needed, Passion (Constantly raises the bar for self & team, has a strong execution bias, takes initiatives even in the face of significant difficulties), Customer First (Leverages every customer interaction as an opportunity to make an impact, consistently seeks to understand customer needs, is accessible and responsive) is competencies.

Information Technology Analyst

The incumbent will manage a cluster of technology platforms, would continuously evaluate technology solutions and induct cutting edge technology stack to drive business excellence at ICICI Bank. The incumbent will work along with the cross functional business teams in creating technology solutions by leveraging digital & data capabilities and induct new age technologies for developing a platform approach to the operating model. The incumbent would continuously look for digitizing opportunities and build intelligent automation workflows in the core banking processes by way of deploying scalable, modular and well governed technology platforms.

Credit Manager

The incumbent is responsible for credit underwriting of customers across individual, business banking and rural ecosystems with a focus on 360 degree Banking. Through a superior service, delivery and transaction experience for customers, the Credit Manager gets an opportunity to capture the diverse 360 degree banking needs and offers solutions accordingly. The incumbent works closely with the Sales & Relationship teams to onboard value customers for the Bank. The role has a significant contribution towards capturing opportunities across customer segments.

Phone Banking Officer

ICICI Bank Phone Banking offers a number of facilities, which enables the customer to do several of their banking activities from the comfort of their premises. The Phone Banking Officer is responsible for providing good service to customers pertaining to any of their banking, financial and investment needs.
