- From registering complaints in the system to researching allegations, conducting extensive root cause analyses, and suggesting process improvements, Ombudsman complaints are managed to provide the best possible resolution to the consumer.
- Attending the Ombudsman’s Hearing Hearing and defending the Company against the complaints that have been filed.
- Managing the Ombudsman CMS online portal for the company’s complaints
- Preparing MIS and reports for internal stakeholders as well as the regulator
