Chartered Accountants: CA role in ICICI involves managing relationships with senior management of various corporate clients and service their working capital, term loan, supply chain finance, cash management, trade, current account, forex and treasury research requirements.
Probationary Officers Programme: This Training Programme aims to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day to day activities. The roles offered on joining the bank after successful completion of the Programme will involve sales, servicing, cross-selling and acquiring new customers through field visits as part of the duties/tasks assigned.
Assistant Relationship Manager: Assistant relationship manager is responsible for credit appraisal of the corporate and client servicing. ARM also assists the Relationship manager in Client servicing and portfolio management. ARM is also responsible to understand & cross-sell retail liability & asset products to clients.
Solution Manager: Candidate is responsible for customer relationships. Applicant should understand trade and foreign currency requirements. Candidate has to understand their trade and Foreign currency requirements. Candidate is responsible for new client acquisitions.
Accounts Manager: Candidate is responsible for getting new customers onboard. Applicant has to manage the relationship with the customers by maintaining the percentage of wallet share. Candidate should manage trade finance.
Phone Banking Officer: Candidate is responsible for resolving customer queries over the phone on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer service. This position also requires to cross sell banking products to our existing customers over the phone.
