Phone Banking Officer:

The position of Phone Banking Officer will be responsible for resolving customer queries over the phone on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer service. This position also requires crossing sell banking products to our existing customers over the phone.

Relation Ship Officer:

• Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
• Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
• Create proposals for clients with 50cr to 250 Cr portfolio size

E-Relationship Manager:

• Build and deepen relationships with customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues through the phone banking channel
• Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
• Have complete knowledge of customer base in terms of the profile, demographics and assets in the bank
• Serve as one-point contact to the mapped customers of the bank

Accounts Manager:

• To source new corporate relationships for the bank
• To increase revenue from the existing relationships and explore different business opportunities with existing clients
• To offer a customized service offering to the client meeting the clients requirements, ensuring client retention
