• Holding Analogous posts on regular basis in the parent organization (OR)
• With 5 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay band 3 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department (OR)
• With six years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the PB 2
• With seven years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment there to on regular basis in the PB 2

Assistant Director:

• Master Degree in Hindi with English as compulsory subject and three experience of using or terminology in Hindi and translation work from English to hindi or vice versa preferable or scientific literature under Central or State Governments or autonomous body or universities.
• Holding analogous posts on regular basis on regular basis (OR)
• With 3 year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment there to on a regular basis in posts in level 7

Foreman of Stores:

• Master degree in relevant field with required experience
• Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or UT or PSU or Recognised Research Institute:
• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department (OR)
