ICAR NET 2020 Exam Date Postponed – Check Now. Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has released the exam date postponed notice for ICAT National Eligibility Test (NET) 2020. Considering the concerns raised by Centre Supervisors, Directors and Applicants/Students, the Board has reviewed the situation and it has been decided that the ICAR – NET Examination schedule on 8th January 2020 will now be held on 11th January, 2020 at the same time and venue.
