NAARM Eligibility Criteria
Chief Operating Officer: Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s degree from a Premier Institute in Agriculture & allied sciences/ Engineering and understand the agricultural scenario on India and candidates should have completed post-graduation in M.B.A or PGDM Agriculture- Agribusiness or Finance or Entrepreneurship or Marketing or Rural management or with first division or Ph.D. in agriculture/biological science. Should have minimum 3-6 years of work experience in agribusiness/rural enterprises/Agri. Incubation Center/industry. Upper age limit of the applicant is 40 years
Business Development Manager: To apply for the post of Business Development Manager application completed graduation in Agriculture & allied sciences / Engineering from a well known university. And should completed post-graduation in MBA or PGDM in Agribusiness / Finance/ Entrepreneurship/ / Marketing/ Rural management/ with first division. Applicant should have 2 to 5 years of work experience in Agribusiness / previous experience with startups/ incubators/ accelerators etc. Candidates age should not exceed maximum age limit of 35 years.
Project Associate: For the post of Project Associate candidates should have completed Bachelors in Agriculture/ allied sciences/ biotechnology/MBA from reputed universities or equivalent 1st division with 1 year of work experience in agriculture / biotechnology or completed MBA in Marketing or r MA in (Mass communication & Public Relations / Journalism/ Development Communication) M.sc Electronic Communication/ from recognized universities with 1 to 3 years of work experience with minimum 1-year experience in working with incubators/ event management/ startup events. in Age limit of the candidate should not exceed 35 years.
Admin & Finance Executive: candidates should have completed B.Com 1st division from recognized university in India with 3 years of work experience in the field of Accounts and Admin, with age not exceeding 30 years.
Project Manager: Candidates should have completed Bachelors in Agriculture and allied sciences or Biotechnology from Agriculture University or Bachelors in Botany from recognized universities of India. and candidates should have 3 years of work experience with 1 year minimum experience in recognized Business Incubator in India/abroad.

Based on the application received eligible candidates will be shortlist for personal interview. Interview details will be informed to candidates through email only. Based on the performance on the candidates in personal interview applicant will selected for the post.
