Qualification – Candidates must have completed Post-Graduation in Psychology / Education/ Psychological Measurement/ Psychometrics Management Specialization in HR) with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities / Institutes and Preferably One year experience in the academic Research /Test Development. Competency in operating computer is must.
Age Limit – Applicants do not exceeding 21 years Maximum: 30 years – i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.05.1992 and not later than 01.05.2001 (both dates inclusive).
Selection Process – The online examination may be conducted only at IBPS, Mumbai, or at multiple centres across India depending upon the response to advertisement and Selection will be made by a committee and such selection will be Final.

Application Fees – Candidates must pay the Application Fees is Rs.1000 by using Online Payment or Net Banking.
