IBPS PO 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 30 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1989 and not later than 01.08.1999 (both dates inclusive). The Relaxation of Upper age limit as given in notification.
- Candidate need to have done graduation from some recognized university or from some equivalent university
- Age: Those who are in between 20 and 30 can be part of this examination. There is age relaxation for reserved category candidates
- The candidate must be Indian. He has good command English, Hindi & other local Languages.
- A Degree(Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
IBPS PO 2020 Exam Pattern:
You get here some important information about IBPS PO 2020 Exam Pattern. IBPS PO has two exams Prelim Exam & Main Exam both exam pattern described below.
Prelim Exam: There is an online mode for the Preliminary Examination. This examination comprises of Objective Type questions and that too for 100 marks. These questions divided amongst the sections such as the English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and lastly Reasoning Ability. Time capacity is one hour and negative marking will be there. Every correct answer will be given 1 mark and deduction of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. If the question is not attempted then there will be no negative marking for it. Language for the exam in English and Hindi

Main Exam: This will be an online examination with a time duration of 180 minutes and there is also a descriptive paper 1 section having a total score of 25 marks of 30 minutes duration. There will be 155 Objective Type questions for 200marks each which are divided into sections like Reasoning, into five sections such as (1) Reasoning, (2) English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and lastly Computer Knowledge. Every correct answer will be given 1 mark and deduction of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. If the question is not attempted then there will be no negative marking for it. Language for the exam in English and Hindi.

Application Fee Details:
Application Fees/ Intimation Charges Payable (Online payment), both dates inclusive, shall be as follows
- 100/- for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
- 600 /- for all others.
(Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate).
IBPS PO Selection Procedure:
- It commonly includes three steps which are as follows:
- Preliminary Examination comprises of Objective Type Questions for 100 Marks
- The main Examination comprises of Objective Type Questions for 200 Marks
- The interview contains 100 Marks
The preliminary exam will be considered as qualifying in nature. The marks acquired in Prelims nothing to add for selection plus the marks attained in the main exam as well as the interview will be considered as relevant.
How to Apply for Probationary Officer:
Candidates can apply online only and no other mode of application will be accepted.
Pre-Requisites for Applying Online: Before applying online, candidates should,
- Scan their all documents with signature.
- Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
- The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged.
- Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.
- Candidates have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the declaration of results of this round of CRP. IBPS may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.
