IBM Recruitment 2022 Eligibility:
The candidates should have completed Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University or Intuition. The Applicants must have 6+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the Cyber security domains like Threat Management, Incident Response, Data Security, Identity & Access Management, etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Experience is articulating value and designing security solutions or architecture for proposals and/or deployments
- Experience in security services as a consultant or delivery manager is a plus
- Experience deploying QRadar or equivalent SIEM products, Guardium, or IBM Security Verify solutions is a plus
- Excellent Communication, customer facing and technical leadership skills
- Ability to present, position IBM Security Solutions and Architecture discussions to internal and external stakeholders
- Able to provide technical guidance to a team of lesser experienced professionals
- Ability to develop value propositions of solutions, technical content, client-facing presentations
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Security SW product knowledge
- Strong written/oral communications — presentation creation, presenting content, coordinating speaker/content creation, blog/slack/email communications, audience identification/planning, etc.
- Content development for internal and external audiences (e.g., consultants, Security team, Clients, analysts)
- Project/program management skills
- Ecosystems, especially services-led organizations with strong consultancies around cybersecurity
