IBM Job Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidates applying for the job must have Completed Bachelor’s Degree
• Candidates with at least 4-year of experience in the Relevant Field are required.

IBM Jobs Skills Required:

• Have Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT healthcare professional with expertise Kronos implementation.
• Should understanding of Kronos application architecture and knowledge.
• Must Extensive knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central Suite and functionality differences between different versions
• Have be Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
• Must have Ability to transform HR policies into advance Kronos pay rules and in reviewing release notes and applying Service Packs/ fixes.

IBM Jobs Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidates selected have to perform the following responsibilities:

• Have to Managing all User access/ profile issues
• Should Run DB scripts to pull data from Kronos Database
• Must have Add/ Update Labor levels, Labor Level Sets, Employee Groups
• Have to Extraction and transformation of data using Integration Manager.
• Must Maintain Clock Configuration and maintain/develop complex accrual policies in the system
• Should Demonstrate knowledge on the security profile configuration
