IBM Eligibility Criteria 2021:

A bachelor’s degree with honours is required of candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities for IBM Recruitment 2021:

• Transforms the Data Model/Design into Physical Objects.
• Managing Authorizations (Grants/Revoke/Maintaining User Groups) experience with v10/v11 upgrades
• Analyze the amount of data and the amount of space required.
• Experience with creating, altering, and deleting database objects like as table spaces, tables, and indexes, as well as store procedures and triggers.
• Experience with CLOB/ BLOB/ XML data types, large objects/auxiliary objects
• On DB objects and their management, experience with the Unload/ Load/ Reorg/ Xloads/ backup & restore/ runstats functions.
• Experience with the QMF/ Omegamon tool, as well as the IBM ADMIN tool.

Required Technical and Professional Knowledge for IBM Recruitment 2021:

• Oracle DBA with at least 3 years of experience and PL/SQL understanding. Installation and configuration of databases, backup and restoration of databases, setting up High Availability, Disaster Recovery, performance tweaking, and so on are all common DBA tasks.
• 2-5 years of logical and physical application DBA (Mainframe) experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with z/OS DB2, Omegamon, QMF, SPUFI, Data Modelling (start-up knowledge), DB2 analytical skills, and DASD estimation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Good experience in scripting language.
• DB2 DBA Certification.
