- Lead customer presentations while setting out the point of view and describing the solution and proposition of IBM Global Technology Services with a value-driven sales approach
- Demonstrate the value of selective outsourcing and leverage offshored workforce models
- Collaborate with our clients, sales, presales, development and solution delivery teams during the end-to-end tenure and sales process and act as a liaison
- Develop the financial solution for a mandate based on client requirements, prepare financial justifications and cost-benefit analyzes and execute sales referred by the CFO
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of complex solutions for particular client opportunities and in the development of deliverables for clients, such as a request for information, request for proposal, job descriptions and client proposals and presentations
- May need to conduct formal empowerment sessions about infrastructure management services (traditional and cloud) for various stakeholders, IBM’s internal opportunity owner, communities that identified the opportunity, business partners, and customers
