- Educational Qualification for this Recruitment is A Degree (Graduation in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India) with 3 to 5 years of experience in a Secretarial role in the Banking / Financial industry or Hospitality sector is preferred.
- Age Limit for the Manager Post is Minimum Age should be 25 years and the Maximum age should be more than 40 years as of 31.10.2022 and (Should be born between 1.11.1982 1.11.1997).
- Salary Offered for above said post is a range of 39,660 to 94,660 at present (under revision). IBA employees are covered under the Family floater medical insurance policy. Currently, all employees have covered under Term Insurance cover of Rs. 25 Lakhs.
- Selection will be based on shortlisting and subsequent rounds of Personal Interviews and/or any other selection method: An adequate number of candidates as decided by the IBA will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for Interview.
