Age Limit
Age of superannuation will be 60 years and Preferable age group of the Applicants at the time of submission of application is 45 years to 57 years for HURL Jobs 2022.
Education qualification
The applicant should be a Graduate/Post-graduate from a recognised University/Institute with good academic record. A qualification in Engineering/MBA will have an added advantage.
Required Experience
The applicant should have worked in a leadership role at Senior management position ina large-scale Fertilizer/ Chemical/Process industry with average audited annual turnoverof more than Rs.5000 Crores in preceding 3 (three) financial years except for Government Officials and internal candidates. Experience in Fertilizer sector will be preferable.
HURL Recruitment 2022 Salary
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary at par with the Industry Standards. The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up tothe date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
