Huge Number of Teachers Post are Vacant In Gujarat!!! Check Here To Know What Minister Said: Every state government has been discussing vacant positions in various departments during their assembly meeting. The Gujarat state government has recently announced the number of vacancies for teachers in the below-mentioned districts.
In the state assembly, Gujarat MLA Mr.HermantAhir raised a question about the shortage of teachers in schools in the Jamnagar and DevbhumiDwarka districts. The state education minister Mr.KuberDindor has responded to that question and said that there is a total of over 900 teachers’ posts vacant in these 2 districts. In 54 schools there is only one teacher in each school and these schools are located in DevbhumiDwarka and Jamnagar’s neighbouring schools said Dindor.
He also stated that this vacant of teachers is due to the transfer and retirement. The government will appoint “Pravasi” (visiting) teachers in that schools to educate the students until the permanent teachers will be appointed said the minister. He also states that over 2000 teacher jobs are vacant in government primary schools in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar districts.
