HPSCB Recruitment 2021; Check Eligibility Criteria || Download Application Form: The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd wishes to invite applications from practicing firms of Chartered Accountants in Himachal Pradesh who wish to have their firms empanelled as Concurrent Auditors of the Bank for the FY 2021-22, i.e. from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022, in the prescribed format.
The eligibility criteria are that Chartered Accountant businesses with qualified Information System Auditor (CISA/DISA) will be given preference. While taking on audit work in the past, the audit firm should not have been banned by any bank IBA/RBI/ICAI.

On submission of the relevant audit reports and the appropriate bill along with supporting documents, the Bank will pay the audit fees to the firms as determined by the Bank and specified in the offer letter for assignment allotment. The Concurrent Auditors would not be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses or travel/halting allowance. GST, on the other hand, would be paid in addition to the Audit Fees. TDS at the applicable rates would be deducted on payments to concurrent auditors.

The fee structure would be as under:

| 2 | Above Rs. 25 crores | Rs. 15000+ GST |
| 3 | Above Rs. 500 crores | Rs. 25000+ GST |
How to Apply:
On or before December 20, 2021, a hard copy of the complete application in the prescribed format should be sent to the following address in a securely sealed cover: The envelope should be labelled “APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT FOR CONCURRENT AUDIT,” and it should be indicated that only hard copies of the application will be accepted, and applications received after December 20, 2021 will not be considered for empanelment.
