HP Secretariat Vacancy 2021

There are 42 vacancies were offered for the post of Frash-cum-Chowkidar-cum-Mali in Secretariat Administration Department at Himachal Pradesh and this vacancy were distributes as 19 for General (UR), 9 for SC(UR), 1 of ST(UR), 7 for OBC(UR), 4 for EWS (UR), 1 for Antodaya/BPL(SC) and (OBC).

HP Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should have completed Matric Examination or equivalent from recognized board of school or education or institution. Candidates who have knowledge in customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh will get advantages.

HP SAD Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on their educational qualification considered for 85 marks. And Evaluation of candidates based on their certificates and 15 marks will be given for that. Candidate who has Certified copy of belonging to notified Backward Area or Panchayat will get 1 mark, Land less family/family having land less than 1 Hectare to be certified by the concerned Revenue Authority will get 2 mark, Non-employment Certificate to the effect that none of the family member is in Government/ Semi Government service will get 2.5 mark and differently abled person will get 1 mark. Candidate will be selected based on merit list.
