4 days Holiday for Engineering College Students in Tamil Nadu – Anna University Announced!! Ayudha Puja festival is going to be celebrated in October month across India. Considering this all the engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu will be closed for 4 days.

Accordingly, Ayudha Puja on 4th October, Saraswati Puja on 5th October, and 3rd October have been given additional holidays. In this regard, the notification issued by Anna University has informed that 4 days of the holiday will be given to engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu for the celebration of Ayudha Puja.
It has been informed that this holiday will apply to all the affiliated colleges and private colleges of Anna University. Meanwhile, Anna University has ordered that all engineering colleges will function as working days on October 8 instead of October 3 as a holiday.
