Age limit

Candidate upper age limit should be below 58 years of age (for Internal) and 57 years of age (for Others) candidates on the last date of submission of application form as mentioned in the vacancy circular/advertisement. The Age of superannuation will be 60 years.

Education Qualification

The applicant should be a graduate with good academic records from a recognized University/Institution. Applicant with Technical/ MBA qualifications will have added advantage.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute. Applicant with Experience in Finance/ Marketing/ Production/Personnel stream will have added advantage. Experience in engineering industry is desirable.

Shortlisted candidates for Chairman and Managing Director vacancy are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 80000/- to Rs. 125000/- per month from the respective board.

Medical Fitness: Candidates shall be subjected to medical examination by the Company‟s Medical Officer/Government Doctor prior to their engagement after due selection. Those found medically unfit will not be engaged and the offer letter shall stand withdrawn in such cases.
