Age Limit: Candidates applying for this role must be Minimum 18 years to Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2018.
Age Relaxation : Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of S.C. and S.T. candidates of West Bengal only). In case of Persons with disabilities, the upper age limit is relaxable up to 45 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Passed Must have passed Class –VIII. Graduate candidates are not be eligible to apply. Must have knowledge of reading and writing Bengali and English.
Selection Process : written examination (OMR based).
Pay Scale : Rs. 4900/- to Rs. 16,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1700/- along with other allowances as admissible under the relevant rules.

- SC / ST for the State of West Bengal – Examination Fees Rs.150 /- (+ bank charges extra). (Non Refundable).
- All other categories of candidates mentioned in the classification of vacancies (under point 3) those who are applying directly – Examination fee Rs.400/- (+ bank charges extra).
- The candidates can pay examination fees through offline mode by downloading the challan from the website which shall be tendered in any branch of United Bank of India. For offline payment Rs. 24/- has to be paid as bank charge.
