- Team Manager – Charged with setting up the battery pack manufacturing facility at HM6C.
- Production of battery packs in accordance with the desired output volume
- Manage team members, manufacture battery packs, and keep track of work flow.
- Equipment, raw materials, consumables, and people planning for targeted production
- Ensure that the manufacturing setup’s safety rules are followed.
- Establish quality standards and maintain product quality
Activity/Process:
- Shift production planning in accordance with the PPC plan
- Creating flow charts, VSM, finding bottlenecks, and improving the assembly process
- Workforce planning
- Workforce planning
Manpower skill mapping in relation to operation
- Identifying bottlenecks and important processes, as well as putting in the appropriate staff
- Reducing the time it takes to assemble a battery pack
- Process and safety procedures for the construction of battery packs are being benchmarked. Implementing the best practices
- Production documentation and reporting
- Maintains high service standards by creating and implementing company policies.
- Educates and directs personnel on how to keep the workplace safe and clean. usage of all equipment and resources; adherence to established procedures processes and policies
- A thorough understanding of PFMEA, PFD, and SOP in relation to battery assembly is necessary.
