- Prototype parts development in Forging & Machining category to cater the need of new model vehicles & upgrade existing models Motorcycle & Scooters as per project requirement. Identification & evaluation of neutral source for Proto parts development.
- Proto parts development through neutral source & existing vendors for cost finalization, technical support & quality verification. Meeting & follow up of parts within the Proto Management to meet the project schedule
- Identify & develop the technical specs of charger / tower basis business strategies, Develop SORs and component level technical requirements for the towers and stations, Identify and develop the E&E architecture and implications on the charger/ tower basis battery BMS and cloud platform requirement.
Responsibilities
- New Model Proto parts Development Forging & Machining, Benchmarking.
- Lead “People Development & Team Management” in Functional competency & behaviour aspect
- Define the process – supplier qualification, validation, & checklist. Evaluate and Audit the value chain partners.
- Identify and develop the right value chain partners to be able to design, develop and test the charger/ tower/ stations meeting the business requirements.
