• Ensure 100% adherence to deptt. Processes such as (inspection system, problem solving system, NC control & supplier upgradation) through DWM strengthening.
• To achieve Employee development and Motivation to achieve desired performance
• Ensure safety of All Employees

Tm/Line In-charge -QA – Weld & Paint Job:

• To inspect vehicle quality for customer satisfaction
• Consumption control of resources to Meet budgeted variable cost for Shop.
• To ensure safe activity & condition in my area for a healthy environment.
• Manpower Skill Enhancement at to ensure required competency availability in shop.
• To communicate summary of final inspection process and product to management and other Stakeholders.
