Hero Motocorp Job Vacancy 2021 Short Description:

• To ensure Capacity building & ensuring adequate deployment of fleet in all plants to achieve the daily/monthly & yearly dispatch targets, on time deliveries to meet Organization goals. Ensure timely bill settlement & payment to vendors in order to motivate & support for fleet deployment. Monitor Transit damages, Dealer / plant / Truck audits & propose counter measures to enhance customer delight.
• Senior Engineer/ Engineer Design is responsible to design in his core domain as per approved model strategy state of art engines and technologies, further improve existing products and components, support the team engagement in engine technology and research related activities and ensures delivery within CTQ parameters.
• The Senior Engineer/ Engineer is responsible to ensure alignment and integration of all simulation and analysis results in his designs as well as review of designs based on actual testing results and a constant dialog with manufacturing and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides engine design related solutions, Implementation of core technical solutions meeting the CTQ targets for engine design projects
• Guidance in all technical issues and ensure know how enhancement to his team
• Risk Assessment
• Provides innovations and new technologies, ensures commonality compliant to HMCL strategy
• Escalate in case of unresolvable conflicts of CTQ targets – Effective communication with senior management team for timely future decisions
• Capacity planning & ensuring deployment of fleet at respective plants as per Share of Business.
• Co-ordination with all plants operations team for achieving dispatch target.
• Ensuring timely payment of vendor bills: Transporters/GPS.
• Reduce transit damages to ensure customer delight.
• Ensure update of Contracts with Transporters/GPS Provider.
