- Tracking budget plan vs. actual to ensure that losses / anomalies are dealt with as soon as possible.
- Develop, establish, and provide support for the implementation of new systems / upgrades to existing systems in order to increase the efficiency of manufacturing operations.
- Analyze the availability of manpower in various operational departments in order to assist with prompt policy measures based on the analysis results, ensuring timely availability of skilled team at required roles.
