- Execute timely development of new parts, in order to meet various model events for smooth project launches.
- Budget Proto costing to be done as per PDX for updating
- business case.
- Mass Production cost settlement for category parts within budget to achieve profitability.
- Cost reduction initiatives
- Leap/Lead ideas, Savings at design stage.
- For new parts, in order to enhance profitability.
- Exploring New Technologies Suppliers to achieve competitive advantage in market.
- Budget cost compilation for New Model for business case in order to evaluate the viability of model.
- Maker finalization based on sourcing strategy to initiate the part development with defined technology/ appropriate lead time.
- Design freeze and part development to meet model event requirements in order to ensure timely product launch.
- Material BOM creation for vehicle assembly cost analysis.
Skills Information:
- What If analysis service, quality, resilience, efficiency, KPIs
- Variance analysis to measure any plan vs actual impact
