Education Qualification and Required Experience
For Content Writer (Special Projects): Candidate should have Bachelor / Master’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields) is mandatory to apply. Candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience in relevant field which is research and write content for blogs, articles, emails, website landing pages and social copies should be preferred.

For Graphic Designer (UI/UX) – Special Project: Candidate should have Engineering degree from a tier1 school is mandatory and 3 years to 5 years of experience (mandatory) in designing highly scalable product in a B2C environment is preferred.

For Content Writer (Special Projects): Candidate should research and write content for blogs, articles, emails, website landing pages and social copies and Improvise scripts and storyboards for content (e.g., training material, customer facing collateral etc.). Ideate on new formats and topics for our content.
For Graphic Designer (UI/UX) – Special Project: Candidate should Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with business leads & engineers and Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
For Senior Manager – Engineering (Specialist Projects): Candidate should Envision the tech stack for a set of new ideas (most of them not cast in stone) and define the technology roadmap, keeping in mind, business goals, scalability and reliability considerations and Understand business needs for defining engineering and product building requirements. Manage technical parts and determine the right technology solutions (upgrade and hosting decisions, code build and deployment)for our new applications/software projects (from inception to launch).
For Senior Manager – Product (Special Projects): Candidate should Develop business strategies and product road maps, prioritize features/ solutions based on customer needs and impact to business and work closely with engineering, design, business, operations and other key stakeholders to translate product vision into features and solutions. Design the full wireframe from ‘idea’ into an executable MVP product roadmap.
