Roles & Responsibilities:

• Formulating the Campaign Management Plan (CMP) as per annual targets in conjunction with vertical heads & with inputs from the field leadership
• Ensure allocation is done on basis of investigation grid identified on daily basis and as per internal TAT.
• Management of investigation allocated in a structured manner with correct intimation & allocation date recorded. INV, Non INV, LRD correctly mapped with TAT, decision & rq. Data ready on 1st of every month for reporting and billing.
• Regular checks as per checklist
