Senior Manager
Candidate should have Post Graduation with 08 years to 10 years of experience in relevant field with Communication, MS Excel and Presentation, Vendor Management is needed.

Senior Associate on Claims
Ensure allocation is done on basis of investigation grid identified on daily basis and as per internal TAT, Management of investigation allocated in a structured manner with correct intimation & allocation date recorded. Inv, Non Inv, LRD correctly mapped with TAT &decision. Data ready on 1st of every month for reporting and billing, Regular checks as per checklist, To ensure that no cases are allocated to agencies where there contracts have expired/ terminated or blacklisted. Proactive MIS/ dashboard should be prepared & released which will ensure visibility, Quarterly ranking methods to be devised for investigation agency basis quality of work & efficiency.
Senior Associate on Group Operators
To facilitate end to end reporting requirement for Group Business within specified TAT and with quality output. To process claims raised by customers basis the guidelines, To facilitate automation of reports and MIS, To provide resolutions/clarifications for queries/requests/complaints to internal and external customers, To proactively work towards initiatives targeted for reducing repeated queries, FRs and overall pendency for NB &PS requirements, To provide clear requirements to IT in order to extract requisite data as per requirement from Management and Regulator To ensure reporting is in line with the regulatory requirements.
Senior Manager on Medical
Monitor the assigned TPAs to for each step, Conduct weekly governance actionable and their progress, Monitor the requests from developments done., interaction with Sales channels and centres and any other need of the Sales team, Escalation handling including RCA and fixing process gaps, Monitor the key departmental or deviations in the process.
Identify gaps /fallouts across the medical process and initiate improvement projects. Should be able to run projects independently to bring improvement in process quality and improve TAT .Ensure the project goal requirement or gaps identified ,set up timelines, involve internal stakeholders / cross functional teams and schedule periodic review cadence
