Associate Manager – Service Recovery: Candidate should have completed graduation in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of work experience in related field. Applicant should have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations.

Manager – Branch Operations: To apply for the post of Branch Manager, Candidate should complete graduation or post-graduation in related field with 6 to 11 years of work experience in related field. Applicant should have knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Investments, Insurance.

Deputy Manager – Digital Servicing (Central Operations): Candidate should complete graduation or post-graduation in related field. Applicant must have 3 to 8 years of work experience in field of IT Software – Application Programming, Maintenance.

Deputy Manager – Persistency: Candidate must complete graduation in any discipline with 8 to 10 years of work experience in the field of Financial Services, Banking, Investments, Insurance. Applicant must have knowledge in Project Management, MS Office and Analytical Skills.

Associate Manager – Service Recovery: Candidate is responsible for resolving customer queries and service requests received through email and call centre. Applicant have eligibility to coordinate with internal teams to ensure the requests are closed in a timely manner. Candidate have to monitor quality of the transactions; inbound and outbound interactions improve connect with customers.

Manager – Branch Operations: Role Bearer is responsible for transaction monitoring, Internal audits & other governance activities with minimum negative/fatal observations. Candidate is responsible for Process design & re-engineering and Improving the existing projects basis various parameters like eliminating non-value-added steps, reducing paper usage or documentation, etc.

Deputy Manager – Digital Servicing (Central Operations): Candidate is responsible for development, testing and implementation of digital service projects. Role Bearer should drive Promotional Campaigns to promote business metrics like persistency collections and to drive usage and adoption of digital assets.

Deputy Manager – Persistency: Candidate is responsible for Project Management such as closure of projects with successful measurement matrices within TAT and provide support & drive usage at frontend and Implementation of Action plan for all branch ops related errors to ensure the same don’t repeat in future.
