Senior Manager – Digital Marketing Post:

Candidate should have MBA with minimum 6 years of overall experience and should have an experience in Digital Project Management. Candidate has a fair understanding of dynamics of a life insurance industry specifically online business. Should have knowledge of Google analytics, machine learning is preferred.

Information Security Post:

Candidate should have B.E /B.Tech/ Master in Information security Domain with 8 10 years overall experience is Mandatory. Candidate should have Technical Knowledge of IT and Supporting Function and Audit Experience. POC of Information Security Tool, Technology Evaluation and Management of Information Security Tool skills will be preferred.

Senior Manager – Digital Marketing Post:

• Define Information Security program including creating and managing security strategies with Deputy CISO
• Formulating necessary policy and procedures based on ISO and NIST framework
• Oversee information security audits, whether by performed by organization or third-party personnel
• Manage security team members and all other information security personnel
• Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement
• Implement security controls as per the evaluation of tools/technologies and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment
• Serve as a focal point of contact for the information security team and the organization
• Manage Regulators and Regulatory requirements
• Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other department managers within the organization
• Provide information security awareness training to organization personnel. Phishing awareness and ISO training to the departments
• Manage BCP/DR drill along-with different stakeholders
• Managing Risk Register for Information Security and liaise with Risk team to track the same
• Support during Cybersecurity Incident Response and Drills.
